In the UK, Bouygues Energies & Services is a leading provider of facilities management (FM), energy services, infrastructure and complex engineering solutions across the public and private sectors.
Bouygues Energies and Services offer three structured programmes, allowing STEM graduates the opportunity to rotate across different project teams and departments:
The rotational placements enable our graduates to experience different aspects of the Company, before deciding on their chosen specialism. Our engineering graduates work with high profile clients and customers across the sector, and work on some of the most innovative projects. Typical rotations include; FM Projects, Mechanical and Electrical Design, Solar Farms, Waste-to-Energy Plants, Nuclear Power Plants, Data Centres and Energy Performance Monitoring.
Our graduate scheme is titled `BYES: Be Your Extraordinary Self`; recognising the value of diversity in our graduate trainees. We particularly welcome applications from under-represented groups within our industry.
What We Offer
Join BYES as a graduate trainee on one of our three rotational programmes and you will receive an annual salary of £25,000 (reviewed every 6 months), a competitive annual leave allowance, private health insurance, Company pension plan and industry-leading learning and development opportunities.

BYES graduates are supported through a number of development activities including being matched up with a senior-level mentor. On completion of the graduate scheme, high-performing individuals have the opportunity to undertake further studies including professional and vocational qualifications or management and leadership training.
Our application process consists of 5 stages:
1.Online Application (1st January - 28th February 2018)
2.Telephone Interview (February/March 2018)
3.Assessment Centre (9th - 20th April 2018)
4.Final Interview (23rd April - 4th May 2018)
5.Job Offer (May 2018)
-You have graduated (or are due to graduate in summer 2018) with a minimum of a 2.1 degree classification. For the engineering scheme, applicants should have studied a relevant degree e.g. electrical/mechanical/civil/building services/process engineering.
-You have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, the scheme is not eligible for sponsorship.
-You are willing to work in different parts of the UK on a rotational basis - usually for up to 6 months at a time.
